When I started running my wish that turned into a goal was to qualify for Boston. Just so I could say "I qualified for Boston."

AFTER BQ, I think I will do some Tri events.  For sure some Half Ironman events, and see where that takes me.

Actually got out of bed and went to the fitness center and ran on the indoor track.  I don't like running when I'm cold.  Winter running is so hard for me.

Anyway, my pace came out quicker than I thought it would be.  I was thinking I needed to run faster so I could have a better pace.

Everyone don't fall off your chair.  Yes I did go two days in a row and in the MORNING, and without two or three of you jabbing me in the back!  (Don't mind you all pushing me, don't get me wrong)

Started off thinking I would go 3-4, felt good so I went 5.  Yesterday there was a guy at the gym that was faster than me and I tried to stay with him for a bit, nobody there today, so I'm a little surprised that my pace is as fast as it is.  Probably should have slowed and taken it easy.

Decided to run up Murdock Canal Rd.  None paved roads are harder to run on.  At about mile 10, I got a text msg and started to walk to return the message.  Forgot to turn my watch off, so my pace was really slow in that mile/2.  Other than that, I'm tired, YEAH, got 13 in!

Oh, and the wind heading North, just one thing to say about about that.... in the now famous word of Teena "STINK!"
