AM: Ran 3 mile school route. I missed the morning run last week, so am
doing 3 this week and see if I can move to 4 next week. I'm hoping I
can increase my millage enough to have a good showing at SG this year.

Will run tonight with Kelly. (yeah) PM: Ran with Kelly to the Legacy Center, thats 3 miles, then did 2 more miles on the indoor track, which to my surprise was cooler than outside. Usually those indoor tracks can't keep the A/C going good enough. Then we did some weights. Just arms though. Kelly had mercy on me.
