Ran to the fitness center (3 miles) met Kelly and ran (2.25) the indoor track while she lifted weights. First time running alone for awhile. Have been running with Kelly, averaging 25-30 miles a week and increasing. We both made it into SG, so we are following a 20 wk schedule for that training. We need to find some fellow Lehi-ans for some group runs. Hope all is well out here in FRB land. |
