Ran to the fitness center again by myself. Met Kelly there. She did weights. I had some fun letting a hill take me for a FAST 200 yrds or so. I think I was something close to 4:25 pace. (well that is what Garmin says that pace was) The hill is steep and I didn't want to loose control, but wanted to experiment with quicker turnover. I never felt out of control, so it was fun. Average pace was just under 8. Have a great day! :-)
