Short-Term Running Goals:

Stay healthy!

Would like to BQ - need to shave 23 minutes off PR.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running.

When I started running my wish that turned into a goal was to qualify for Boston. Just so I could say "I qualified for Boston."

AFTER BQ, I think I will do some Tri events.  For sure some Half Ironman events, and see where that takes me.

Personal:

Married to Kelly (with a 'Y')

Kelly and I ran around Smiths, back West then home.  Getting stronger, and Kelly is getting faster.  She doesn't give herself enough credit, for ability, speed.  She will get there.

Have a great day!

I don't know what to use for a conversion on the bike (actually spin) miles.  Kelly and I did the spin class at the fitness center, about an hour.  Then ran a mile.  Then did some weights.  Arm curls and dips.  Then the dreaded planks.  (I had some pulling in the abdomen so I called that off.) (but then we both did an alternate tummy burner.)  Then we did three sets of 15 frog jumps (ply-o-metrics - not sure how to spell that)  Those kick my hinny BIG time.

Quick run late at night.  We had to hurry home and take my kids to desert and then to one of the kids basketball games.

Ran a couple miles at the orem fitness center.  Then lifted weights.

Kelly and I are signed up for Spectrum 10k.  Looking forward to seeing some of you bloggers there.
