Short-Term Running Goals:

Stay healthy!

Would like to BQ - need to shave 23 minutes off PR.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running.

When I started running my wish that turned into a goal was to qualify for Boston. Just so I could say "I qualified for Boston."

AFTER BQ, I think I will do some Tri events.  For sure some Half Ironman events, and see where that takes me.

Married to Kelly (with a 'Y')

YEAH, you are out and running again! It is super hard after a day of squats, I feel your pain!

Hey Kelli, Out running a little. Getting back a little slower than I usually do after winter, but getting there.

Are you and Scott running Spectrum 10k?

Glad to see you out again. Who cares about distance, you got out and enjoyed the beautiful weather. Congrats.

Nope. We are not doing much this year race wise. Are you guys??? We need to get together and do dinner or something. Really, I miss your happy face (and Kelly's adorable one!)

From Jon A on Sat, Mar 06, 2010 at 18:05:58 from 66.182.65.44

Thanks Jun, I keep checking in on you and you are amazing with your running. I can't wait to see the crazy amazing things you do this year, time and distance!

Kelli, bummer you guys aren't going to be down there.

It would be fun to get together. I really want to run with you guys. I need Kelly to run with some seasoned woman like you and Smooth. She has some really good speed and endurance in her, but she doesn't believe me. And I keep telling her she needs to talk to you guys about girl clothes. So, I'm going to convince her to run JRP or something with you, do you think that will be ok? I say convince because she is intimidated by running right now.

Anyway, it would be good to get together either way, or even none running event.

Hand Kelly over to me for a run, I will show her what she is made of!! Anyone who can bike like her can surely run just as well. Smooth is a genius when it comes to running clothes (I am a cheapskate, but Target is awesome!!!) We need to plan a run soon. We were there a few weekends ago, we will do it again soon.

Scott is on week 2 of running since tearing his calf and taking almost 2 months off. So, I am sure you two could keep each other company.

The Lehi JRP now stops just about a half a mile in on the north side. We were able to get through it thanks to Crockett and his mountain goat skills, but I am not sure for how long. The south side is still shut down 4 miles out. It is a bummer they are building all those new roads out there, it is messing with our perfect trail!

What? JRP north is under construction? That stinks!

I will get with you and coordinate a time we can go running, maybe a Sat up your way. Kelly could use the advice and encouragement from a good runner like you. That stuff coming from me only goes so far. Thanks.

It does stink that it is under construction, it is one of the easiest places to get in a long run with FUEL.

Let us know, I would love to go run and chat with Kelly!

From Smooth on Tue, Mar 09, 2010 at 19:23:28 from 174.23.198.220

We can always run around the neighborhood for a bit and get back on the trail at some point.

Kelli and I will LOVE to have Kelly's company!

Targets have great running clothes.
