Kelly and I did some cross training at home. Got the exercise ball out and did crunches and planks, then did some plyometrics (don't know if I spelled that correct). Those kill me! Then did lunges and another ball exercise. That last one is tough. Laying on the ball forearms on the ground, hips on the ball, feet spread and toes touching the ground. Keeping legs straight I had to lift them up and as high as possible and then bring them together above and behind me and touch heels. Wow that takes some strength. I feel like such a wimp. Kelly knocks these things out like its nothing and I would like to just die. Arms are tired from the dips. I think I should put that off until well into the summer when I don't have these extra winter pounds. :-) Have a great day, and weekend.
