Ran over behind Smiths, then ran the school route with Kelly. Did Strides for the last little way. Those things can be hard sometimes. I think they are good to help your body know it can go faster though. But they were hard, I think that last Fri when we did them we went to fast. I think I was sprinting. I don't think that is how strides are supposed to be done. Have a great day! :-)
