Short-Term Running Goals:

Stay healthy!

Would like to BQ - need to shave 23 minutes off PR.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running.

When I started running my wish that turned into a goal was to qualify for Boston. Just so I could say "I qualified for Boston."

AFTER BQ, I think I will do some Tri events.  For sure some Half Ironman events, and see where that takes me.

Married to Kelly (with a 'Y')

Ok, no miles yet today.  I will be getting out sometime, I hope.

Here is the fun race!  It is sooner than I thought though.   Nutcracker 5k  Saturday, Dec 6 - TuTu time!

Who is in?

Good song that I will listen to in a few minutes when I go running.  If you have seen the movie Last of the Mohicans you will remember the song.  The movie has some pretty good violence, so here are two links, this one that has the song but no movie clips that I remember, and this one that has a bunch of clips from the movie, thus some pretty good violence.  (Oh, kinda long as well)

I'm in! It will be a ton of fun.

Maybe we can (those that are not injured) can meet prior for a pre "race" run.

Forget the tutus, you guys should go dressed as Earth, Wind and Fire.

Mike, your welcome to join in! I can't remember if you were going to be stateside by then.

Nope, I'll wear a tutu in the desert as a show of support though.

That would be awesome! You may have some explaining to do with all your "co-workers." Funny!
