When I started running my wish that turned into a goal was to qualify for Boston. Just so I could say "I qualified for Boston."

AFTER BQ, I think I will do some Tri events.  For sure some Half Ironman events, and see where that takes me.

Easy run, around the apartment.  Right calf is still feeling a little tweaky.  The pain is fairly sharp, and deep in the middle of the calf.  I try and stretch it, but find it very difficult to get to the right muscle to stretch.

Nice run.  Went from about 800 N in Orem up to Kneaders, then to Main St.  That little hill always seems to work me.  Calf is still sore.

Urrrrrrrrrr.  Calf was feeling tight/sore early, and seemed to never let up.  At the turn around point I decided to stretch and see if I could get it to relax.  Ran about another .75 and the dang thing locked up.  Felt like a huge charlie horse.  Walked home, iced, showered, ice bath.  Still very sore, hurts to walk.  Ughhhh!  Well, couple days off now, see if I can get it on the healing side.
