This route is my standard 3 mile route. I will increase to 4 or 5 next week. I look forward to running this route at a faster pace and not being as tired as I am. I know I need to increase my millage on this run to make the 3 miler easier. Felt a little tired from running last night, but nothing big. Maybe feeling a little more tired now that the run is over though. Have a GREAT day! :-)
