Ran the turkey tri route (about 3 miles). That has a good hill that last for about .5 miles. I did the hill section in 4:07. I'm going to introduce more hills into my routes. I felt a little tired towards the end. After the run I went into the gym and did some weights. Today was legs, tomorrow will be upper body. I'm sure I will feel the legs tomorrow. 40:38/ 8:08
