When I started running my wish that turned into a goal was to qualify for Boston. Just so I could say "I qualified for Boston."

AFTER BQ, I think I will do some Tri events.  For sure some Half Ironman events, and see where that takes me.

Ran WordPerfect 6, hamstring hurt bigtime about mile 4.5 on.  I had to walk for a couple minutes.  I'm wondering if I am in need of a Chiro adjustment or if I have a strained hamstring.  The pain isn't always like a muscle pain, its almost like nerve pain, but then there is muscle pain other times.  I don't know.

Hey Michelle, I decided to take a couple (3-4) days off then run a easy 3 miles and see how it goes. I'm nervous it could turn for the worse.
