Short-Term Running Goals:

Stay healthy!

Would like to BQ - need to shave 23 minutes off PR.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running.

When I started running my wish that turned into a goal was to qualify for Boston. Just so I could say "I qualified for Boston."

AFTER BQ, I think I will do some Tri events.  For sure some Half Ironman events, and see where that takes me.

Married to Kelly (with a 'Y')

Ran 3 miles up Suncrest then back home.  My legs are TIRED!  I hope I can get my long run in tomorrow.  Not sure where I will run tomorrow, flat almost for sure.  I better get out early too.  The heat the last couple days has taken its toll on me.

Have a GREAT day!

NICE running this week! Teena told me *something came up* so you weren't able to join the Chumps on Sat.

How's Kelly's foot? Thought about you too as we were driving to Yellowstone! Have a great week!

Hey Smooth! Kelly's foot has two stress fractures. She is wearing a boot, and is out of running for two weeks. Then we will try a short run and see if it hurts. She is NOT happy about this.

Hope you had a great trip to Yellowstone. :-)

So sorry to hear about Kelly's sf. She's staying in good shape with the xtraining though. Hopefully she can get one 20 miler in before SGM. Here's speedy healing to her!

We had a good time at Yellowstone! Ate out every day, not good for the running! :)

Glad to hear you had a good time at Yellowstone.

So maybe that is my problem, I should stop eating out. :-) The double big mac's aren't that good for my running you say?

Nope! Not good!
