Short-Term Running Goals:

Stay healthy!

Would like to BQ - need to shave 23 minutes off PR.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running.

When I started running my wish that turned into a goal was to qualify for Boston. Just so I could say "I qualified for Boston."

AFTER BQ, I think I will do some Tri events.  For sure some Half Ironman events, and see where that takes me.

Put a band-aid on the toe, and hit the road.  But that wasn't until I woke up late.  So had to cut the run short.

Ran part way up Suncrest, the uphill part I averaged 8:13, and the downhill part was 7:25.  I felt really dizzy/sick after.  Hummm.

Have a GREAT day!

This heat is making me feel the same at the end of a run as well! Nice work on that uphill pace - that is stinkin' fast for suncrest!!!

wow! that was a speedy fast run especially uphill. I almost ran up that way to the fountain of youth, but changed my mind and turned around at the light.

Thanks Ladies. You two would blaze up that much faster than I. I could go for cooler temps in the AM, especially if 75 degrees causes me to feel sick.

RAD, someday I hope that I can be as awesome as Smooth and run the whole way up Suncrest. :-)
