Short-Term Running Goals:

Stay healthy!

Would like to BQ - need to shave 23 minutes off PR.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running.

When I started running my wish that turned into a goal was to qualify for Boston. Just so I could say "I qualified for Boston."

AFTER BQ, I think I will do some Tri events.  For sure some Half Ironman events, and see where that takes me.

Got out to do my usual (as of late) turkey tri route, then added 2 miles.  This time I ran the first .7 first then ran the 2.5, then added 2.  The hill part (.5) was 4:01.  The .5 prior that has about .25 downhill was 3:27.

Over all felt good.

40:19/7:45 pace.

Great miles! Most awesome pace! When I grow up, I want to run as fast as you ;)

Very funny Marion. I'm not fast. That is for those lean and mean guys we saw at the 10k and at your house.

Good thing you know how to run fast! Keep it up!

I keep telling you guys, I am not fast. I hope to maintain this pace until I'm 80, THEN I'll be fast.

You are fast. Just admit it.
