Stay healthy!

Would like to BQ - need to shave 23 minutes off PR.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running.

When I started running my wish that turned into a goal was to qualify for Boston. Just so I could say "I qualified for Boston."

AFTER BQ, I think I will do some Tri events.  For sure some Half Ironman events, and see where that takes me.

(singing "I want a girl with a short skirt and a looooooooooooooooooooooooong JJJJJJJJJJacket")

Ok, got that out of my system.  When that song comes on I always want to sing that part, but rarely have the breath to streach it out as long as I want to which is longer than the song does.

Got out very late.  9:45.  Ran a new route, I have driven that street, but I didn't realize the steepness of the hill.  But isn't that the way it always goes?  Hills/slopes always seem bigger/steeper when you run them.

Seriously, Jon, you are so fast. SO SO SO fast. Isn't the Garmin great, though? You can just run wherever.

I will work on finding that girls with the short skirt and the long jacket. Although, that is not really the style anymore, so she might be freaky weird.
