Short-Term Running Goals:

Stay healthy!

Would like to BQ - need to shave 23 minutes off PR.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running.

When I started running my wish that turned into a goal was to qualify for Boston. Just so I could say "I qualified for Boston."

AFTER BQ, I think I will do some Tri events.  For sure some Half Ironman events, and see where that takes me.

Was lazy and slept in this morning.  But did ride my bike to work, then home for lunch then back to work, then home.  About 1.25 miles each way. So, 5 miles on the bike.

When I got home I went to the gym and got 5 miles running in on the tread.  Not a bad pace, but the temp in there was horrible.  I thought about half way through I should have just gone outside.

Now I am going to sit down to eat a couple of Good German Brats, then I think I will go to the corner store and get a soda.  Living large!

40:32/8:07 pace.

Yeah, been having a hard time lately. Will try to get out in the am.

Your impressive. Getting good workouts even with a hurt ankle. Keep it up! I'll be excited to see how you do in SG.

I LOVE Brats! I actually love all food, so just ignore me ;)

Wouldn't dream of ignoring you. Brats are among my most favorite foods. Between Brats and popcorn, they could be the death of me!
