Kelly and I rode our bikes to the legacy center, ran about 1.25 mile
warm-up, then did 6x3min intervals with 2 min rest between. Then rode
home. Intervals are hard work. I think that they are a great workout,
but HARD. :-) I jogged .25 miles after the intervals, then we rode our
bikes home. Legs are tired. :-)
