Had a friend call me and ask me to meet him in the AM so he can get back into running. Wow slow miles, but only 2, then I ran some more by myself. Going to see if I can get switched to AM running. Meeting him again tomorrow.
AM running is the only way to go:) Once you get used to it you won't want to do anything else. In fact I got up at 4 this morning just so I wouldn't have to run later, and have a chance of not getting my run in.
I used to run in the morning all the time. I'm a night owl by nature, and find it difficult to get up in the morning. But I do feel a little of the training my body to get up work going on. I was sleepy last night and listened and went to bed.
Hey, congratulations on that run Sat. You did great. I really enjoy watching your training blog and seeing your hard work pay off at the races.
