When I started running my wish that turned into a goal was to qualify for Boston. Just so I could say "I qualified for Boston."

AFTER BQ, I think I will do some Tri events.  For sure some Half Ironman events, and see where that takes me.

First run from trying to recover from calf muscle pull. I ran three miles, walked an additional two. I think I better do more stretching. It doesn't feel healed.

What was the cause of the pull?

Not sure the cause. Was out on an 8 mile run 1 week post Moab half, and at about mile 6 things started to hurt. Toughed out the last bit, could hardly walk that day. The pull feels deep and in the middle.
