Short-Term Running Goals:

Stay healthy!

Would like to BQ - need to shave 23 minutes off PR.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running.

When I started running my wish that turned into a goal was to qualify for Boston. Just so I could say "I qualified for Boston."

AFTER BQ, I think I will do some Tri events.  For sure some Half Ironman events, and see where that takes me.

Married to Kelly (with a 'Y')

A friend ask if I want to join he and another friend for a run on a trail in AF Canyon. It was beautiful!

The trail was an out and back, 3.5 out. At the split our time was 33:33/9:35 pace. Altitude took its toll on me. I guess I run way to much flat stuff. Coming back was better. 30:21/8:40 pace.

1:03:54/9:07 pace.

I thought you said "attitude" not "altitude" so I was hear to tell you to change your bad attitude! I do not know anything about altitude.

Nice Sunday run---I bet it is quiet out there on a Sunday!

I am having a shirt made just for Saturday---so you (and a few others) can find me! I will only say you will know me if you see me, but I will still look for your white hat in line at those porta potties you so love!

I bet it felt great up in AF. What are you running in on Saturday? Glad to be part of this

Kelli, I do suffer from attitude, first thing in the morning is just about the worst. I am NOT a morning person. Once out I am ok, but that bed has some serious strong holds. I'll be watching for a crazy shirt!

Sunnyrun, I'm running the Hobble Creek Half. I hope I finish!

I use to live up north, have a Very good friend that will be running Saturday. Have fun, you'll do great!

Where did you live?

Thanks for the vote of confidence. I have been very lazy with running this year, seems like life keeps getting in the way. So I am not sure what my results will be, just looking at finishing.
