Went to the fitness center. I'm looking forward to clear roads so I can run outside. Last night I was thinking that I need to start pushing my pace towards 7 min miles. Thought I would try to get to 7 on one mile today and see how it goes. So mile 2 was the mile I tried on. Didn't make it. I'll have to keep working on it. Mile breakdown (7:44, 7:17, 7:26, 7:42, 7:26), .5 cool down jog/walk.
