Stay healthy!

Would like to BQ - need to shave 23 minutes off PR.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running.

When I started running my wish that turned into a goal was to qualify for Boston. Just so I could say "I qualified for Boston."

AFTER BQ, I think I will do some Tri events.  For sure some Half Ironman events, and see where that takes me.

Married to Kelly (with a 'Y')

Was going to take the day off, but then found myself waiting for Kelly to finish up on a bike ride.  So I took the chance and went for a little run around her home.  Really never felt like pushing it at all so time wise it wasn't that great.  I think that I'm still not used to the hotter temps.  I think it was a good 75 degrees at run time.

Dude,

The garmin site just collected my info from motion based which is what I've been using in the past. I can't upload from the 305- sorry!

Are you ever actually at Jon's place anymore? :) How is Kelly with a y doing?

Maurine, Hopefully less and less! :-) Kelly is doing well. She is gearing up for a big bike ride in Seattle. 250 miles. Will be fun.

Jefferey, That is a bummer. What is motion based? Do you have a web site for them?

That's right - she's doing the STP, isn't she? My ex loves this ride. I think he has found that Corvalis is a great place for the first night.

motionbased.com they were bought out by garmin. It's a better software system than the one that comes with the watch. You can download her stuff to that. It will only let you see the most recent 10 runs or you can pay more and get all of it. Not sure if it will stay in biz or not since they have garmin connect.

Maurine, Kelly does it all in one day. Crazy.
