Short-Term Running Goals:

Stay healthy!

Would like to BQ - need to shave 23 minutes off PR.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running.

When I started running my wish that turned into a goal was to qualify for Boston. Just so I could say "I qualified for Boston."

AFTER BQ, I think I will do some Tri events.  For sure some Half Ironman events, and see where that takes me.

The .01 is for all you exact people like me that have to have nice round #'s.  That is what was on my watch, so I am reporting that.  :-)

I had one of those mornings where I turned my alarm off and didn't even know it.  Almost slept through work.

So, went home and got a quick run in.  Figured I would push the pace a little since I didn't have time for a longer run. I noticed thought that I slowed over the 3 miles. (7:06, 7:11, 7:27)  Pure and simple, need more miles per week.  Better get out of bed.

Thanks for not being a rounder (although we may have to verify the second meaning of that with Kelly).

Cute picture of the two of you together!

Maurine, I debated if I should put that picture up. It highlights how desperate I need to have someone dress me. Kelly always looks so good and matching, then there is the scroungy dog she allows to tag along. :-)

So - we haven't hassled you lately - when are you going to do something about that? LOL

I just love reading about the two of you together. I would give (almost) anything for a relationship with someone I could have fun with and who would support my running addiction.

I'm getting there. I know I'm slow, but I want things done right. Time is on our side.

She is awesome, I love to support her in all the things she does. As funny as this sounds, I would give almost anything to be able to support HER.

Oh - I would love to have a spouse who I could support in stuff (and who would actually appreciate it).

My daughter says I need to find a wealthy distance runner so that we can spend the rest of our lives running marathons and ultra-marathons all around the world.

Jon, red matches everything; or is it black matches everything? At any rate, when you become Mr. Kelly (with the Y), you will be dressed to success. Yep, Kelly is the girl! She is beautiful, strong and lovely all around. It's all good you're supporting her champion call. Either way, you two are winners.

What's with the .01? That's not rounding it off at all. 0.1 might be. Should have made it a 5K, you silly!

Britta, Thanks!

Smooth, "Mr Kelly (with a Y)" hu? That is one name I don't mind being called. I'll have to remember that and use it sometime. :-)
