Stay healthy!

Would like to BQ - need to shave 23 minutes off PR.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running.

When I started running my wish that turned into a goal was to qualify for Boston. Just so I could say "I qualified for Boston."

AFTER BQ, I think I will do some Tri events.  For sure some Half Ironman events, and see where that takes me.

Married to Kelly (with a 'Y')

Ran up the canyon then back.  I was really sore starting off.  Right IT was sore almost the entire run.  I really noticed it when I picked up the pace.  Left achilies was/is sore.  That one has me stumped, don't know why that darn thing would be sore.  Stayed sore the whole time.  Other aches went away after the first 1/2 to 3/4 mile.  I'm not getting any younger. :-(

Canyon was peaceful and quiet.  Saw one other runner going up, saw him the other day too.  Saw one runner when I was going down.

Tried to pick up the pace more the last 2 miles.  Could really feel my IT on the right side when I did, so pace was a little slower than I was wanting.

Laps - 8:14, 7:43, 7:23, 7:09, 6:58

Haven't started yoga, YET. I'm having a hard time finding time. I think I need to close the loop on this dating thing. All the travel between houses is KILLING me. :-)

Hope it's REAL soon! Don't want you to put any more miles on the car, better on your shoes.

"I need to close the loop on this dating thing"

Whoa. Awesome. I think I joined this blog or got to know you a few months too late. I'm still in catch-up mode in regards to getting to know people. Can't wait to hear the news.

Also, I'm running tomorrow afternoon in Lehi if you or anyone is interested.

Kelli, ?cookies? You lost me there.

Smooth, I think it will be soon, for the asking, the finalizing thing may take longer because we want ALL temple blessings, so that means we have to submit paperwork to everyone......blah blah blah.

Jun, Kelly (with a 'Y' and I have been dating since Nov. She lives in Lehi, and I in Orem. Commuting stinks.

Would love to run with you, heading St George, Kelly is racing in the St George Tri Sat. That will be a blast.

Have a great weekend everyone.
