Short-Term Running Goals:

Stay healthy!

Would like to BQ - need to shave 23 minutes off PR.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running.

When I started running my wish that turned into a goal was to qualify for Boston. Just so I could say "I qualified for Boston."

AFTER BQ, I think I will do some Tri events.  For sure some Half Ironman events, and see where that takes me.

Ran up Provo Canyon.  Started WAY to late!!!!!!  Heat stinks!

There was a ton of people on the trail.  One of the mental games I find myself playing is keeping track of if anyone passes me (other than wheeled vihicles).  Nobody passed me, but I'm sorry to say I didn't come across a single runner that I passed either.  But all the fast runners were done by the time I got out.  Still a ton of bikers and walkers.   Other than a little hot, it was a great day to be out.

Have a great day!

Great job, and no one passed you! You had to like that!

Have a great weekend.

Nice job DB!!

I too got out too late ... I hate it when I do that. It seems like I am always weighing which would be worse: running on very little sleep, or running in the heat. I know, I know, I should just go to bed earlier ... but I'm not that disciplined.

Amazingly fast in the heat there DB!!!

Nice job!
