Short-Term Running Goals:

Stay healthy!

Would like to BQ - need to shave 23 minutes off PR.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running.

When I started running my wish that turned into a goal was to qualify for Boston. Just so I could say "I qualified for Boston."

AFTER BQ, I think I will do some Tri events.  For sure some Half Ironman events, and see where that takes me.

Married to Kelly (with a 'Y')

Ran the same route as yesterday.  Was going to alter, but woke up late and decide this would be the easiest/quickest way.  Legs are tired post run.  Good sign I'm not out running enough.  Sooo, two days in a row, I'm shooting for 5 in a row.  Should be good and tired on Sun!  Yeah!

Don't have the details off my watch yet, but I do remember a 6:59 mile.  If I remember correctly the avg pace was 7:11.

Have a great day!

Okay, my husbands name is Jon I just thought I would clarify after posting the I love you Jonny comment!

I knew your Husbands name is Jon, but glad you clarified anyway (just in case someone else is wondering :-) ).

When I was a kid my friends called me Jonny, every now and then someone will call me Jonny, and it just doesn't sound right. But when i talk to some of the old childhood friends they say it and it sounds just fine. Oh well.

You should go take that man of yours out on a date!

Somebody find someone for me to date so I can be fast too. :-) LOL

I think I am the only one that calls my husband Jonny. Not very often though. The first time my mother-in-law heard me call him that she new he must like me because he didn't like anyone to call him that before me.

Maurine, You should head out there to where Britta is and get one of those surfer dudes! :-)

Britta, Ahhh how sweet. He loves you!

We call Scott---Scottie, so why not Jonny???

Great week this week Jon, 2 days in a row is good! Let's make it 3....

I want to hear about your bike riding last week (well, not yours, Kelly's), I gotta go find that! I saw something about it on Facebook.

Hey Kelli, welcome back. I missed this morning, but will try and get out tonight. :-(
