Short-Term Running Goals:

Stay healthy!

Would like to BQ - need to shave 23 minutes off PR.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running.

When I started running my wish that turned into a goal was to qualify for Boston. Just so I could say "I qualified for Boston."

AFTER BQ, I think I will do some Tri events.  For sure some Half Ironman events, and see where that takes me.

Ran from my house to the Temple in AF.  Nice run, was feeling a little tired.  Have had my left knee being a little sore the last few days.  I could feel my knee when I first started, and never got worse so kept going.  Feels worse every now and then during the day, and only when moved in just the right direction. (side to side.)  I think its because I have done some miles in my "trail" shoes.  I think I will avoid those shoes.

I'm not sure what my time was, will update that later.  I'm pretty sure it was 1:03:??

Have a great day!

Teena, I hope I don't get the knee problem that has been going around the blog.

Thanks Britta, I like the picture too!

Sunnyrun, AF Temp is 7.5 or so, so I had to run up the road a little for the 8. In the summer it will be a nice out and back long run! I'll see if I can get some people to run with me for that, will be fun! Your welcome to plan a trip up for a long run.
