Ran at the fitness center again. My left leg is giving me a bunch of pain. My knee is tight and just bellow my calf is sore. I seemed hard to lift my lower legs. I think this cold is hitting my muscles pretty hard. Is that even possible? Well, a little slower than yesterday, good run all in all. Flat flat track, time should probably be better than this. 38:04/7:37 pace.
