My legs are sore! I can't believe how hard the run was today. I feel like such a wimp. The mile took a long time and I felt like I had to work really hard for every step. My right ITB was/is tight. New shoes felt good. I think they will work well. I usually get the gel Cumulas, but they were out of my size, so I got the step up model. The cushion is supposed to be nicer/better......
