Stay healthy!

Would like to BQ - need to shave 23 minutes off PR.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running.

When I started running my wish that turned into a goal was to qualify for Boston. Just so I could say "I qualified for Boston."

AFTER BQ, I think I will do some Tri events.  For sure some Half Ironman events, and see where that takes me.

Home to UT Valley.

Got a LATE start on the day.  Started running at 12.  HOT!!!!  So, I ran up Provo canyon.  Since I missed yesterday, I went for a little more than my plan calls for today and will run 11 instead of 8 tomorrow.

Hey, friend! How are you?

Running in Bear Lake sounds nice! Running at noon does not---too hot!

Those make-up days can hurt a guy in more ways than one so be careful if you aren't feeling right. We ended up leaving your neck of the woods Friday morning to come home so I'm sad I didn't get to meet anyone.

WELCOME home! Such a diehard running at noon! Have a restful Sunday. It's OK to have a step-down week. Next week your legs will be fresh.

Hey there guys.

Kelli, all is well. Just not blogging that much. Sooooo much going on. I know its early, but are we going to have a SGM party? It would be GREAT to get everyone together.

Jeff, Sorry to miss you. I was up your way and couldn't get time to meet up with you, and then you were down this way. Well, maybe next time!!! Glad you had a good trip. :-)

Smooth, I've been following a plan that Jeff sent me one day, and it called for a down week. That should end up being the lowest mileage week for some time. I have this feeling I am going to be hammered this next week. There will be a couple tricky weeks next month, weeks where I will have to find a way to do my long run on alternate days. Should be fun!

Of course we are going to have some kind of party---it would not be worth going if we did not!!!

From Smooth on Mon, Aug 03, 2009 at 16:08:55 from 71.32.234.135

Good to hear you have a plan. You can do it. I will bug you everyday if you don't. It's GOOD to be flexible though. Sounds like you're working it all out so you can fit the long runs in.

Did I hear party? Count me IN!

From Jon A on Mon, Aug 03, 2009 at 16:19:24 from 67.214.249.195

I want a party! AND, I hope I can be celebrating with Kelly "A" by then!!!

From Smooth on Mon, Aug 03, 2009 at 16:24:16 from 71.32.234.135

YES, I hope so too! Kelly A. LOVE IT!!!

We ALL hope that!
