Got my hind end outside today. Thats two runs in a row outside. My body is going to FREAK out. Decided to run up Provo Canyon. The path was clear in a couple places, but ice/snow pack on most of it. Add wind and going up the canyon and it feels like your going backwards for the most part. Which got me thinking about some posts I've seen on the blog that use math formula's to calculate different things. So I was wondering what actual pace I was running concidering the yucky factors. I know I was working a lot harder when I was going up to hold that pace. Oh well, my legs felt heavy, I was on ice and snow and wind blowing in my face, but I got out and I got miles and at least I wasn't walking the miles. Have a great day!
