When I started running my wish that turned into a goal was to qualify for Boston. Just so I could say "I qualified for Boston."

AFTER BQ, I think I will do some Tri events.  For sure some Half Ironman events, and see where that takes me.

Got a late start up here at Bear Lake.  Had a pretty good run.  I'm encouraged from one point of view, seems like I mentally was strong the whole way.  I joked with Kelly that when I was at about 1.5 miles I was ready to call it good.  As the miles passed I had more and more confindence that I was doing fine and would finish the planned miles.

Looks like you just needed a change of scenery. That's an awesome pace for 16 miles. See, you have mental toughness! You just don't know it! AWESOME long run!!!
