Ran to the fitness center, 2.73 miles and met Kelly. She is having the injury bug hit her in a big way this year. Saturday when we were running she was having knee pain and "powered" through and it has been hurting ever since. Well tonight she was going to try and run some with me at the fitness center on the outdoor track. She couldn't. Walking hurt. Ughhhh. So I put 2.5 more miles on the indoor track while she rode the bike. Then we lifted weights. Good fast pace for me. Makes me hopeful that I am making some sort of progress with speed. I think I will get more endurance as the weather starts to warm.
