Ran the 6 mile Word Perfect route. I had no plan going into the run, and the plans changed almost every mile. So, I will just say I got a run in. :-) First 1.30 miles is gradual up to get up and around WP. My legs were telling me the whole way that I need to get some cross training (weights/biking) in on a regular basis. Legs were tired the whole way. Looking forward I am supposed to do speed work Wed. I'm hoping that I don't have these tired legs, or it will be some very slow speed that I work at!
