When I started running my wish that turned into a goal was to qualify for Boston. Just so I could say "I qualified for Boston."

AFTER BQ, I think I will do some Tri events.  For sure some Half Ironman events, and see where that takes me.

First: 12/7:51 pace 

Left ankle/achilles still hurting towards 3/4 way.   Left knee and IT hurting last mile.  Felt ok other than that.  Wanted all those pains to feel better after a lower mile week.  Humm.  Darn.  Maybe another lower mile week coming up. 

I think this is THE day.  Will let you know!

Hey Jon, are you planning on running the Gruesome Grizzly 8k this coming Saturday? I might come down and run in that. It is pretty cheep if you don't get a t-shirt, which is always a deciding factor for me.
