Ran 3 miles, then took my son to football, then ran almost 6 more. I'm glad I got in with a group of guys to run SG with so they can help me keep a controlled pace at the beginning. The first 3 miles I felt good and didn't control my pace, next thing I know I'm pulling in home with MP miles. Was supposed to be slow.
