Dusted off the ole running shoes, shook the cob webs off the legs muscles and went for a run this eve. Ran down to the fitness center then ran two laps around the outdoor track, then back home. Thought a lot about goals and desires for running. Not much in the way of decisions, but thought a lot about it. Some of my thoughts were about what was needed in order to reach my goal of BQ.
